DAO future

I mentioned that I wanted to let the APY adjustable. The plan for the future is the have a DAO, that can govern the APY of the token. The community will decide what's best to keep the project alive! Until then I will take care of it and make sure the APY is reasonable.

Long time holders and apy farmers will have a higher voting power. This is of course a two edged sword, so the details will have to be chosen carefully. We don't want big holders to overpower the votes.
